The Mavin DS-1 Dome Mid Range Driver is of Audiophile Quality and Performance.
In fact the DS-1 is of the quality and performance you would expect to pay 3-4 times more for.
Sold as a pair for one price, the DS-1 is a excellent mid range speaker. If features an enclosed back to isolate the mid range from the woofer, shielded magnet designed to work in concert with your Audio Video Components. With Power handling ability of 125 watts RMS, the DS-1's pump out performance at 91 db SPL, coupled with a frequency range from 300 Hz. to 10 kHz. makes the DS-1 a real performer. And unlike many other mids which sound like someone is holding their hand over your mouth, the DS-1 offers clear and clean sound.
The DS-1 fits into a 4 1/16" mounting hole, the hole must be modified slightly for the speaker terminals.
The face is 5 5/8" in dia. with four .225" mounting screws. The mounting screws are spaced at 3 5/8" on center ( square ), or 5 1/6" on the diagonal.
