The part number is 4A3-320803C. They run on 12 volts DC and have mosfet drivers as well as pulse latching. These units were pulled from card assemblies are in great used condition. Some may have light scuffs or dings.
The switch is rated between 0-18 GHz with a switching time of 15 mS maximum. All of the connection are SMA female.
