So if you want it right away, don't send a check. We automatically send out tracking information on electronically paid items. If you mail in your payment please make sure you include the Who, What, Where, and How of the order with your payment. If you want tracking information please include your e-mail address. Note that we will try to ship within 24 working hours of you completing the transaction and receiving notice of electronic payment. In the case or electronic transfer, or eCheck, we ship upon notice that the transaction has cleared. But we are human, and sometimes things happen that get in the way. If your order should take 1-2 days to get out the door we hope you understand, something on our end just slowed it down. Note that we also observe normal business holidays, which could effect your delivery time. Problems are questions not asked before you buy, if you are not sure about what you are buying, ask first. We are not a store so don't just drop by and hope to pick up your item. You could find yourself standing in our shipping department while your order is pulled and processed. Electro Mavin has two facilities in the United States, so check the shipping terms at the top to see where your product is shipping from. Due to the general nature and the mix of items we sell a blanket return policy can not be defined, so return requests are judged on a case by case basis. Warranty, all items sold have a DOA warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing, if you receive a defective item we're happy to replace it or refund your purchase price if we can't replace it. If you change your mind on an item, we may take it back, but shipping both ways is paid by you, this is on a case by case basis. Shipping costs may not be refundable.
