Local Pickups are welcome on a will call basis, please call to set up. We are not a store so don't just drop by and hope to pick up your item. Due to the general nature and the mix of items we sell a blanket return policy can not be defined, so return requests are judged on a case by case basis. Warranty, all items sold have a DOA warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing, if you receive a defective item we're happy to replace it or refund your purchase price if we can't replace it. If you change your mind on an item, we may take it back, but shipping both ways is paid by you, this is on a case by case basis. Shipping may not be refundable.
